Alongside his Iconic Wishbone Chair, Hans J. Wegner’s low lounge chair with a seat in paper cord instead of upholstery was part of his 1950 debut collection for Carl Hansen & Søn. In solid wood, CH22 features a comfortably angled backrest in form-pressed veneer, providing absolute comfort. Sublime craftsmanship distinguishes the woven seat and refined joinery and the seating is offered in oak, walnut and a mix version with frame in oak and armrest-backrest in walnut, all with an optional leather cushion.
