Description

From the vantage of today, Atollo has seems like the very archetype of the table lamp. Designed in 1977 by Vico Magistretti, its primary geometric shapes — a cylinder, cone and hemisphere — serve both its essential function and its basic aesthetic, disconnected from trends of the moment. The emphasis, then, is on its materiality, as in this version made of exquisite mouth-blown opaline Murano glass and available in 3 sizes, providing both direct and diffused light.
